How might we design a product form taking inspiration from a nature form and
its physical and emotional attributes ?

Background

Mainly objective of the 'nature and form studies' course was about studying and understanding a few forms from nature. Taking inspiration from them and then incorporating that essence in a product form.
 

Scope of the project

Nature form : Coconut
Product form : Baby cradle
It was about discovering the mysterious qualities of that form considering attributes like Geometry, Posture, Function, Habitat, Structure, Proportions and Defence mechanism and so on.

Representing the essence of the form through motif and then in 3D form; followed by a full fladged design of a product derived from it.
